Neither the IFM Studio and/or it's service providers will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from mistakes, interruptions in service or delays in serving any images and/or links. In no event shall you have any right to recover from IFM Studio and/or it's service providers any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profit or revenues, even if IFM Studio and/or it's service providers have been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. Neither IFM Studio nor it's service providers will be liable for any damages to client, her/his business or any other persons or businesses, regardless of the form of the claim.

LISTING
Standard Listing - One time payment $19.95.
Premium Placement Listing - One time payment $49.95.
Listing update fee - $10.00.
The business name should be exact name as it appears on photographer's web site.
Business description in the listing should consist not more than 25 words. Each additional word - $1.00.
The IFM Studio reserves the right to refuse any and all listings or photos submitted at its own discretion.
All fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

PAYMENTS
All payments are to be made in U.S. currency.
All payments are nonrefundable.
No receipts or invoices will be sent by regular mail.
Weddingmasters.net/IFM Studio shall charge $30.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback. Chargeback fees shall be charged to the credit card submitted with the order.
